Reliable VA for your online store, ready this week

Message, ready to paste

SUNFLOWER. Hi! I read that you need someone to answer customer emails and keep your Shopify orders moving. I've done exactly this for two online stores over the last 3 years, and I reply to customers within the hour.

Example timing. We check about every 10 minutes, so your times will vary. Real emails use the real job post and your own details.

How it works

Set it up once. After that, new jobs come to you.

  1. Tell us what you want.

Pick a few job keywords, like “virtual assistant” or “graphic designer”, and paste your usual application message.

    Once, about 3 minutes
  2. We watch onlinejobs.ph for you.

We check for new posts about every 10 minutes, day and night. You only get jobs posted after you start.

    All day, every day
  3. Your application lands in your Gmail.

Open it, check it, paste it into onlinejobs.ph, and apply.

    Minutes after the post

You send every application yourself. Agad never applies for you and never contacts employers.

Why we ask for Gmail access

Agad asks Google for one permission. Google calls it gmail.send. We use it for one thing only: to email you your own ready-to-paste application, at your own Gmail address, so it's ready when you apply. We never read, list, or store your existing emails. Only the send permission is requested.

The only address we send to is yours.

What we do
Send your applications to your own inbox. That's it.
What this permission can't do
Open, read, search, or delete your emails. See your password.
What we promise never to do
Email employers, your contacts, or anyone else from your account.
You're in control
Disconnect any time from your dashboard, or remove Agad in your Google Account (opens in a new tab).

The permission is stored encrypted, and we never see your Gmail password. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including the Limited Use requirements.

Everything you need to apply, in one email

Each email is written for one job post. This is what's inside, in the order you'll see it.

The AI uses only what you told us. Always read it before you send.

A message written from your own words for this job

SUNFLOWER. Hi! I read that you need someone to answer customer emails and keep your Shopify orders moving. I've done exactly this for two online stores over the last 3 years. I use Gorgias for support tickets and Canva for quick product photos, and I reply to customers within the hour.

On onlinejobs.ph, early applications get seen

Some posts stop taking applications fast.

A free employer account on onlinejobs.ph can receive only 15 applications per job.

  • Popular posts fill up.

A good VA post can get hundreds of applications in a day.

  • Copy-paste letters get skipped.

onlinejobs.ph says employers often throw out template applications and people who miss the instructions. Agad writes for each post and points out its instructions.

  • Nobody can refresh all day.

You sleep, work, and eat. We check about every 10 minutes, day and night, so a new post doesn't wait for you to look.

Built in the Philippines

Agad is new and in a small beta. It was made because good jobs on onlinejobs.ph fill up while you sleep. If something breaks, or you would change something, send an email. A real person reads every one.

The beta, honestly

  • Small on purpose. Google lets new apps have up to 100 testers while it reviews them.
  • Your data stays yours. Read exactly what we keep in our Privacy Policy.

Questions you might have

Something else on your mind? Email omharregidor@gmail.com. A real person reads it.

Does Agad apply to jobs for me?

No. We email the application to you. You read it, copy it, and apply on onlinejobs.ph yourself. We never contact employers, and we never ask for your onlinejobs.ph password or log in to your account.

Can Agad read my emails?

No. We ask Google for one permission, which Google shows as “Send email on your behalf”. That permission can send email, but it can't open, read, search, or delete your emails. We use it only to send your applications to your own address.

Why did I get an email from myself?

That's us. We send each application through your own Gmail, from you to you, so it lands in your inbox like any other email. You'll also see a copy in your Sent folder. Look for 🆕 at the start of the subject.

How fast will I hear about new jobs?

We check onlinejobs.ph about every 10 minutes, day and night. When a new post matches one of your keywords, your application usually arrives within minutes. We only send jobs posted after you start, so you never get old posts.

Is there a daily limit?

Yes. You can get up to 10 applications a day. The count resets at 8:00 AM Philippine time. If you reach the limit, new matches for the rest of that day are skipped, not saved for later. Tip: use 2 to 5 specific keywords so the 10 go to jobs you really want.

How do I stop, or delete my data?

Tap Disconnect Gmail on your dashboard. We stop sending, delete our stored permission, and remove our access at Google. You can also remove Agad in your Google Account, under Security, then Third-party connections.

To delete your whole account and data, email omharregidor@gmail.com and we'll remove your details, keywords, and saved permissions.

Is Agad free to try?

Try it free for 14 days. No card needed. When the trial ends, nothing is charged automatically, and you choose whether to keep going.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Applications arrive in your Gmail app like any email. You can copy them and apply from your phone.

Stop refreshing onlinejobs.ph.

Tell us the jobs you want. We check for new posts every few minutes and email you a ready-to-paste application. You stay in control. Nothing reaches an employer unless you send it.
